Data Deletion

Option 1: In-App Account Deletion (Quickest Way)

If you have the Palmony mobile app installed and are logged in:

1. Open the Palmony App.
2. Go to Profile / Settings tab.
3. Select Account Settings → Delete Account.
4. Confirm the prompt. Your profile, reviews, and associated personal information will be scheduled for permanent deletion.

Option 2: Submit a Deletion Request via Email

If you cannot access the app or want assistance with full data removal, email our privacy team:

• Send an email to: privacy@palmony.com or support@palmony.com
• Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - [Your Registered Phone/Email]"
• Please include your registered phone number or business name so we can verify and identify your account quickly.

Once verified, our team will process your request and permanently remove your personal data within 30 days in compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
