Cancellation & Return Policy

Thank you for using Palmony. This policy outlines the rules regarding cancellations and returns for services found through our platform.

---

1. Platform Role and Direct Agreements

Palmony acts solely as a discovery and listing platform. We are not a party to any agreement made between you (the user) and the service provider (the business).

Because we do not perform the services (such as Electric Repair, Home Services, Automotive Services, etc.), Palmony does not process cancellations or returns.

2. No Cancellation Option Through Palmony

Palmony does not offer a built-in cancellation feature for service appointments or bookings made through the platform.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, you must contact the service provider directly using the contact details provided in their verified profile.

All cancellation policies regarding timing and potential fees are determined solely by the independent service provider.

3. No Return Option

Palmony does not offer a return option. Services, by their nature (such as repairs, installations, and maintenance), cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

If you are unsatisfied with the quality of a service, you must address this directly with the service provider.

We encourage users to utilize our Customer Reviews & Ratings feature to share honest feedback, which helps maintain quality assurance and high standards within the community.

4. Disputes and Refunds

Palmony is not responsible for refunds. Any disputes regarding payment, service quality, or warranties must be resolved directly between you and the service provider.

We recommend verifying all service details, warranties, and the provider's specific cancellation policy before agreeing to or paying for the service.

5. Contacting Support

While we cannot cancel or refund on behalf of providers, if you encounter a business that is unresponsive or appears to be fraudulent, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and maintain the integrity of our verified listings.
